Bypass opens Orion permissions the owner authorized in advance and prepares a transition. It does not transfer ownership, add bank signatories, move licenses, or create legal authority of any kind. Authority comes from the operating agreement, a court appointment, or instruments prepared with your attorney — see docs/bypass-research.md.
Establishing what happened and establishing who may run or sell the company are separate questions. Orion never merges them.

Access inside Orion is not authority outside it. Banks, payroll providers, landlords, insurers and licensing boards each run their own authorization process, and a license transfer can be refused on the successor’s own qualification.
A preparation period has an objective, a lead, and an end date. It is never open-ended.
No transition objective has been set. This case is temporary operation only.
Setting an objective opens document, diligence and approval tracking. It does not change ownership and it does not extend anyone’s access.
